Land of the Frauds

Death, Slavery, and the Retreat From Sadness

Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss?

Krysten Sinema voted against $15 minimum wage with a heinous little curtsy, dressed like a 14 year old school girl. I know I wore that exact outfit in high school. Her spokesperson had the nerve to say that “commentary about a female senator’s body language, clothing, or physical demeanor does not belong in a serious media outlet.” It’s sexist and misogynist. True. You know what though? I don’t run a media outlet but I’ll support misogyny against privileged white women who act to make the lives of working people a living hell. If she feels bothered by it, she can stare lovingly at her six-figure salary while her constituents struggle to make rent. It’s a shame we don’t publicly shame politicians the way we used to.
